On your visit to the property office, you will likely be greeted with a cheerful smile by Juanita, the leasing assistant.  In addition to greeting Residents and office visitors, showing prospects around the property, she answers phones and keeps records of resident work requests.

 

 

Rachel is our competent property manager who has finally leased the property to 93% and above. She has shown an amazing tenacity in contacting residents for lease renewals and for collections of delinquent rents.  She also has been diligently improving the property atmosphere and promoting a sense of community with residents.

 

 

Edgar is our capable maintenance technician who has kept current of work requests completed to help improve customer satisfaction and retention.  In addition to completing make-readies he has also been an integral part of detailing several property upgrades and amenities that the residents appreciate.
